Mr. Pioselli is Solace’s Chief Executive Officer, responsible for setting and driving the strategic goals of the company and overseeing the day-to-day management of the firm. As a Managing Partner, Paul provides personal guidance to clients on solutions to their complex cyber and privacy challenges. He is an accomplished cybersecurity leader with over 20 years of experience. In his time leading security teams at global Fortune 15 companies, Paul observed an increased effort from threat actors to compromise the data and security of individuals, especially those of high net worth. Extensive gaps in the protection that these individuals have access to led Paul to come up with a more comprehensive form of protection, Truly Personal Cybersecurity. Harnessing a deep understanding of the complexities and risks facing these individuals in the everchanging digital landscape, Paul developed a robust security solution. A focus on expert human interaction, and AI provides protection of individuals and their families, true protection against even the most sophisticated of cyber threats. Prior to starting Solace, Paul served as the Chief Information Security Officer of Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) for a global Fortune 15 health services company. In his role, Mr. Pioselli was responsible for ensuring the safety and security of critical assets, information, privacy and data across the $6b portfolio of regional businesses. Paul holds coveted industry certifications, including the CISSP and CISM. He completed a Master's in Technology Management from his alma mater, Georgetown University, as well as an Advanced Cybersecurity Certification from Stanford University.
