What clients ask
Do I need a Cyber Health Check?
It is entirely optional. It is offered only after we have first helped you — through Emergency Response or Tailored Digital Protection — and is for clients who want their protection actively maintained rather than left in place.
How is this different from my initial protection?
Your initial engagement establishes your protection. The health check keeps it current — revisiting your exposure on a regular cadence so your defenses move with your life and with new threats, rather than slowly falling out of date.
Will I work with the same advisor each time?
Yes. You keep the same dedicated Personal Cybersecurity Advisor, who comes to know your situation deeply — so every review builds on the last rather than starting over.
Is the virtual option as thorough as meeting in person?
Yes. The secure video review covers exactly the same ground with the same advisor. In-person simply allows hands-on work with your devices, which some clients prefer.
